Terms & Conditions for Subscriptions

Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions govern the subscription services provided by roogul. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall form a legally binding agreement.

Subscription Tiers and Fees

1. Base Tier: £3,750+VAT per month

   • One active task at a time

   • Unlimited revisions

   • Average 48-hour turnaround

   • Dashboard for tracking

   • Cancellable at any time

2. Standard Tier: £5,500+VAT per month

   • Two active tasks at a time

   • Unlimited revisions

   • Average 24-hour turnaround

   • Dashboard for tracking

   • Cancellable at any time

3. Ultra Tier: £8,950+VAT per month

   • Up to four active tasks at a time

   • Unlimited revisions

   • Average 24-hour turnaround

   • Dashboard for tracking

   • Cancellable at any time

Statement of Works (SOW)

• Upon payment, a Statement of Works (SOW) will be issued and must be signed by the subscriber. This SOW will detail the services to be provided, affirm legal protections, confirm the subscription period of 30 days, and outline the terms under Subscription Management and Cancellation Policy.

Payment Terms

• Payment for the subscription is required upfront. Upon payment, subscribers will have access to the services for the subsequent 30 days.

• Payments are non-refundable once work on any task has commenced.

• Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be offered post commencement of any work. Access to the service continues until the end of the paid 30-day period.

Discounts for Long-Term Commitments

• Subscribers committing to longer terms receive discounts applied from the second month onward as follows:

  • 5% discount for a 3-month commitment

  • 10% discount for a 6-month commitment

  • 15% discount for a 12-month commitment

• The initial month's payment will be at the full rate. The discount will be applied from the second month and will include the unused discount from the first month.

Service Delivery

• The turnaround times mentioned (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours) are targets. Actual times may vary depending on the task's complexity. Delays, when anticipated, will be communicated transparently to the subscriber.

• Each tier allows a specified number of active tasks at any time. "Active tasks" are defined as those currently being worked on by roogul. The number of tasks a subscriber can initiate over the month is not capped, but simultaneous active tasks are as per the tier limitations.

Subscription Management

• Tasks cannot be paused and resumed to carry over unused days within the month. Once a task is initiated, it is counted against that month's active task limit regardless of any pause made by the subscriber.

• Unused time or service capacity from one month will not roll over to the next month. Each payment covers services to be rendered in the ensuing 30 days only.

Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any point during the subscription term, outside the stated minimum commitment, by notifying roogul via email.

• Upon cancellation, subscribers will retain access to their dashboard and can use any remaining active task credits until the end of the current subscription period.

• Refunds are not provided once any task work has commenced.

General Provisions

• roogul reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised document on our website.

• These Terms & Conditions do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between roogul and the subscriber.
